There are currently no reported problems with the site. If you are experiencing problems accessing or navigating the site, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

Clear Cache - Each time a web-page is viewed ,your PC saves certain information and this can cause problems as the memory cache becomes too full. To clear this:

  1. From your internet browser, select ‘Tools’ and then ‘Internet Options’;
  2. From within the ‘Temporary Internet Files’ section click on ‘Delete Files’;
  3. You will be asked if you want to ‘Delete all offline content’, please enter a tick in the box and then click ‘OK’;
  4. Then, again from within the ‘Temporary Internet Files’ section, click on ‘Cookies’ and click ‘OK’;
  5. Finally, again from within this same section, click on ‘Settings’. Ensure that the ‘Every visit to the page’ option is selected.
  6. Click ‘OK’ again, and then close down the ‘Internet Options’ window.

Enabling Cookies - To access the betfair site you will need to enable Cookies, to do this:

  1. From you internet browser, select ‘Tools’ and then ‘Internet Options’;
  2. Click on the ‘Privacy’ tab;
  3. Within the ‘Web Sites’ section click on ‘Edit’;
  4. Type ‘www.betfair.com’ in the ‘Address of Web site’ and then click on ‘Allow’;
  5. Click ‘OK’ to save, and close down the ‘Internet Options’ window.
  6. Cookies will now be enabled for the betfair site only.
